If you keep ending up in toxic relationships or keep repeating your family's worst habits, start with how to love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus said the greatest commandments are to love God with everything and to love your neighbor as yourself, and you cannot do the second well if you cannot love yourself. God's love takes the baggage of your past and calls you out of patterns that keep hurting you. In this sermon, Pastor Kaloma Smith of UAMEZ Church in Palo Alto, California preaches on Matthew 22:36-40 and shows how God's love teaches us to love ourselves and then our neighbors.
