How to prepare for prayer and fasting
Room for whatever you carry
You can ask for prayer without finding the perfect words. You can also text or email a prayer request for someone you love.
UAMEZ is a historically Black, multicultural congregation in Palo Alto. Care here begins by listening, praying, and finding the next human step together.
Ways we care
For prayer, text or email us. If you need a conversation about pastoral care, call the church. You do not need to decide which kind of care you need before reaching out.
When life feels heavy, text or email a prayer request, or call the church for a conversation with a pastor. For urgent pastoral care, please call rather than wait for a text or email reply.
Call the churchIf you or someone you love is sick, hospitalized, or unable to get out, call and let us know. Members who are sick or homebound can also receive regular check-ins through their Class Leader.
How Class Leaders careWhen someone you love has died, you do not have to navigate the first conversation alone. Call the church to ask for prayer and pastoral support for your family.
