Description
When the holidays don't look like they used to and your heart feels broken, don't lose hope. Jesus was anointed to bind up the brokenhearted and set captives free, and that mission is still at work today. God may not fix every situation right away, but he comes close and holds your heart together. In this sermon, Pastor Kaloma Smith of UAMEZ Church in Palo Alto, California preaches on Isaiah 61:1-4 and shows why the promise Jesus read in the synagogue still speaks to people who are lonely or grieving.
